Snipe Lake is the oldest lake at Beaver Fishery. This wonderful lake is 2 and a half acres in size and is a Carp Only lake. It has 12 swims. This beautiful lake has a central island that is divided by a paddle wheel aerator which produces extra oxygen in the summer and keeps the lake fishable in the winter months. There are overhanging trees and also lily pads too. Snipe Lake has an average depth of 4 and a half feet with a mainly silt bottom in open water but there are some gravel patches and hard clay spots.
